This Roadrunner NO FEET Pez Dispenser comes on a 3.9 Green Austrian Stem. (Most of these came on blue stems. The stem color variations include red and green stems.) The plastic is shiny and glossy, the paint is great, and the head is snappy and tight. This Pez has an opaque sleeve and a white pusher. Warner Brothers Inc 1976 is printed just below his right cheek in the purple plastic on his neck. This Pez looks like it just came out of a pack! The stem has no melt marks, cracks, or chips.
